Terms of Use
These Terms of Use govern your access to vipdoor.org (“Vipdoor,” “the Site”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Vipdoor.
What Vipdoor offers as a reading site
Vipdoor publishes editorial pages and articles about architectural entryways, foyers, thresholds, door hardware, vestibules, and related approach-and-entry topics. The Site is for reading and reference. It does not sell doors, schedule installations, or place bookings.
Permission to read and share lightly
You may view pages, print a reasonable number of copies for personal or internal reference, and share links to Vipdoor URLs. Brief quotation with attribution and a link back is welcome when it stays within fair use or equivalent local rules.
Limits on reuse
You may not scrape the Site at a scale that degrades service, republish Vipdoor articles in full without permission, misrepresent Vipdoor content as your own, or use the Site to send malware, spam, or unlawful material. You may not attempt to bypass security or verification on the Contact form.
Correspondence through Contact
If you write through Contact, you grant Vipdoor permission to read the message and to use non-confidential ideas you volunteer when improving articles — for example a factual correction about sill detailing. Do not send confidential third-party information you are not authorized to share.
Editorial pages are not construction documents
Articles about doors, foyers, and thresholds are informational. They are not stamped drawings, building-code determinations, accessibility certifications, or warranties. Decisions about renovations, hardware, or safety belong with qualified professionals and the rules that apply to your project and jurisdiction.
Names, marks, and third-party references
Vipdoor and the Site’s presentation are reserved for this publication. Mentions of manufacturers, buildings, or products in articles are for discussion; they do not imply endorsement, partnership, or sponsorship unless a page expressly says so.
Site availability
We aim to keep vipdoor.org reachable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Pages may change, move, or be corrected over time.
Limits on liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vipdoor is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or reliance on its articles. The Site is provided as-is.
Revisions to these Terms
We may revise these Terms by posting an updated page. Continued use after a revision means you accept the updated Terms.
